SHOUT IT OUT

So how do I know you say what you feel, and that you're actions have no 2nd intentions. Or maybe it's all in my head, you tell me the truth and wear no mask. So wear do we stand? I wonder sometimes.
I know I won't talk as I feel until I know you're truth...it'll take that long. Until then I'll be the way I've always been, and I'll keep on trying to see through you.

New York

I Miss You NYC!
Let's go outside, greet the doorman, run across the street, pass that blinking red light, get a bagel on a corner and a smothie on another. Race down the subway, where are we going today? Downtown for a change! Let's try SoHo, do some shopping, spend some money. While we're there why not go to Chinatown, bargain for that designer bag! OK now we're loaded, rush down the subway, uptown again, leave our bags and go out to check the night view! It's picture perfect!
Let's go get some dinner. Don't look to far, just around the corner, Wendys', great! And now? Let's head to the night! Up and Down these streets. It's late and still the parks are full of people, just hanging out, playing some music, dancing a bit too, 'cus here you are who you want when you want, no one will stair, they just might applaud.
I know I could stay here forever, this feels like home and another 10years won't take that away!
I Love you New York, I miss breathing, hearing, seeing and feeling you!

Invisible

My special thank you goes out to you, who saw me when I was invisible. When no one else saw, no one else cared...You made me see the world with other eyes and to look at myself in another way. You saved me at a time were I was lost and for that I will always thank you. We've had our ups and downs, but you will always have a special place in my heart!
I know I've changed along the years, but so have you. I just hope that in the end we're both better people and that we never forget each other.
Any time you need a friend I will be here.

Where Is The Love?

While this happens all over the world: "1.1 billion people had consumption levels below $1 a day and 2.7 billion lived on less than $2 a day ", this is WASTED in Iraq:
The War in Iraq Costs $950,395,298,959 (this is a rapidly growing number that you can see at:
http://www.costofwar.com/
Why is so much money being wasted on war, killing millions of people, when so many are starving??

Back to the origins

When you meet new people, see new places, have new experiences, it's all overwhelming...but to go back to familiar places...to be with your long-time friends, is a very comforting feeling. It's the little details that make it so special; to say just a word and have everyone knowing what you meen, the constant private joking that the whole bunch understands, a gesture that has a great story behind...these are the things that make us go back to the past, and live it today!
We could and must move on, but never forget what we had back then.

STICK TO YOURSELF!

Imagine you change yourself, for everyone that asks you to...imagine you do this along your life. In the end...who are you? Do you know? Do you even remember who you were in the beginning...where you started at?
You're just pieces of everyone you found along your way...your true you lost itself just at the beginning of your journey.
So just stick to yourself! If you change..let it be because you want to, not because someone wished you were different.

Is it?

When a feeling hits you without warning, making you want to be around someone more than usually...making you constantly be thinking of him/her...how do you know if it's a Love feeling or just a great friend...
If you can't distinguish these two you can risk either loosing a great love or your best friend. So how do you know?

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.' We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we subconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
